Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your plan until that date. No cancellation fees are charged.
Undelivered Sacred Packets
If your sacred packet is not delivered within the stated timeframe, contact our support team. We will investigate and, if confirmed undelivered, offer a replacement delivery or full refund of the delivery component of your plan.
Unperformed Rituals
If a scheduled ritual was not performed as confirmed, contact our support team within 7 days. We will investigate with our temple partner and, if confirmed unperformed, offer a rescheduled ritual or refund of the ritual component.
Festival and Life Event Plans
One-time festival and life event plans are refundable if cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled ritual date. Cancellations within 7 days of the ritual date are non-refundable as preparation will have begun.
Digital Membership
Digital memberships are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed Darshan or reading features. After 7 days or after first use, no refund is available.
Gift Plans
Gift plans are refundable if the gift has not been redeemed by the recipient. Once redeemed, the standard refund policy for the relevant plan type applies.

Contact our support team at [email protected] or through the Contact page. Include your order number and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
