By using Shradhabhaav, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Service Description
Shradhabhaav is a devotional support and coordination platform. We coordinate temple-linked rituals, provide digital Darshan access, deliver sacred packets, and offer devotional reading and guide content. We do not make spiritual guarantees or claims of divine intervention.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
5. Refund Policy
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds, cancellations, and delivery issues. In general, we offer refunds for undelivered sacred packets and unperformed rituals where confirmed by our temple partners.
6. Content and Guides
Our devotional guides and sacred text content are for educational and devotional purposes only. Practices may vary by region, tradition, and personal guidance. We do not claim that our guides represent the only correct approach.
7. Temple Partner Services
While we verify our temple partners, we are a coordination platform and cannot guarantee the outcome of any ritual or spiritual practice. We are not responsible for actions or omissions of our temple partners beyond our stated fulfillment standards.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Shradhabhaav for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to spread misinformation, or to misrepresent our services. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration law.
